Corporate events can be events like competitions, travel, happenings, where many participants moving in a course that can or should be recorded, monitored for safety reasons or be available for public view for several reasons.
The system can be applied to car racing, motorcycle, bike, run, Parapent, boats.
In events such as orienteering, treasure hunting, excursions, hiking, the system can verify the correctness of the path of each person, provide a basis for generating results, and of course its the primary tool for their safety!

Race - Events
MyTrack specializes in applications of Live Tracking racing and Events, as it has a large number of trackers, datacards data, software and specialized personnel for a race or event where many competitors are involved in any kind of vehicle.
The On Line Live Tracking of MyTrack offers:
• Security: Coordination in case of a sudden stop, or to correct directions to access to the accident.
• Results: Documentation on the right course given route, coarse timing crossing checkpoints.
• Communication: Organization and competitors talking with mobile phone, if necessary, wrong road, new route guidance (orienteering).
• Live View: View of the positions of competitors on the internet or in TV or projector room for spectators, with some relevant background map, while viewing sponsors, news, live results.
• Relay: Representation in 2nd year of the path of one or more racers in cartographic applications.
• Back Up: The elements of the events are held on the server and processed when needed, where objections, but still can be used as a specialized item.
The racing program GPS Tracking Management of My-Track has been created and developed specifically for racing, by people of the events - the OFFROADTEAM - dealing with this subject for many years, knowing the needs of each organizer.
We decided to develop our own specialized software after years of cooperation with several fleet management companies in Greece and Bulgaria, which did not meet the specifications requested, nor could meet our specific requirements in the fights with the peculiarities of Motorsport.
My Tracks program is flexible and can be configured on the fly according to the requirements of each organizer to provide information about: Penalties speed, detours route stops, speeds, expenses, crashes ... etc. Time of Live Imaging of My-Track can even reach a refresh rate of 1 second !!!
My-Track is not a representative or agent of a foreign company, but an entirely Greek company that has invested in programs (software) and equipment (trackers, servers, monitors), with qualified staff.

FM1202 is a terminal with GPS and GSM connectivity, which is able to determine the object’s coordinates and transfer them via the GSM network. This device is perfectly suitable for applications, which need location acquirement of remote objects. It is important to mention that FM1202 has additional inputs and outputs, which let you control and monitor other devices on remote objects. FM1202 also has a USB port for device status log output and entering configuration.

FM1204 is Waterproof (Ip67) real-time tracking device terminal with GPS/GLONASS and GSM connectivity, which is able to collect device coordinates and other useful data and transfer them via GSM network to server. This device is perfectly suitable for applications where location acquirement of remote objects is needed: fleet management, water transport, motorcycle, public transport, car rental companies, logistics companies and so on.
In case of losing connection FM1204 can store up to 100 350 records, and once the connection is established the device will send stored data via GPRS. So you won't lose your data (coordinates, sensors data and etc.).
It is important to mention that FM1204 has additional inputs and outputs, which let you control and monitor other devices on remote objects, such as monitoring engine status, controlling truck's door etc. FM1204 also has a USB port for device status log output and entering configuration

Additional function – Offline data logging – allows to download acquired data from FM1204 to PC via cable and later to upload it to TAVL server. This functionality helps to avoid high GPRS bills caused by expensive roaming operators and keep acquired data save until it is downloaded to PC
FM1204 supports a remote logs reading
FM1204 supports remote diagnostic logs functionality using GPRS. Possible issues resolving becomes faster. Manufacturer can read logs remotely using SMS/GPRS to diagnose the FM1204 and timely respond to the fault.
